    Kinatarcan Island (also spelled Kinatarkan) — formerly known as Guintacan — is a long-overlooked,  roughhewn limestone island untouched by tourism overdevelopment. Unbeknownst even to most of the locals of the province of Cebu, is the hidden gem of white sand beaches, towering cliffs, lagoons and crystal blue waters of Kinatarcan Island. Located in the Visayan Sea and northern edge of Cebu, Kinatarcan Island (also known as Guintarcan Island and officially named Guintacan Island) is within the Municipality of Santa Fe, Bantayan Island.Kinatarcan Island was once again rediscovered to be a paradise that kept hidden from the rest of the country, only waiting for an opportunity to offer its best in local tourism industry.
